Does experience always win, or can raw talent shake things up?
This is a YATM Lunch Club Summer Special, in partnership with Bournemouth University.
Join us for a special edition of YATM Lunch Club, where we’re putting two powerful forces, wisdom and youth, head-to-head. This Friday afternoon session, held at Pi Pizza on Poole Quay, brings together seasoned professionals and fresh talent to explore what truly matters in the workplace today.
We’re teaming up with Bournemouth University to spotlight their newly launched Digital Marketer Apprenticeship.
It’s a programme designed to build essential skills in young professionals and deliver real value to businesses.
To celebrate this new path for growth and collaboration, we’re creating in the YATM way, an upbeat, thought-provoking panel format that tackles two big questions:
- Where does experience outshine youthful energy?
- Where does emerging talent bring a sharper edge than years on the clock?

Lunch Club Events Are Normally Paid Events, Aren’t They?
Usually, Lunch Club events are paid-for occasions. This time, the cost is covered, courtesy of Bournemouth University, as we shine a light on the Digital Marketer Apprenticeship.
You’ll still enjoy the same Lunch Club format, conversations, and the famous pizza, free of charge.
In return, we kindly ask for your consent to share your email with Bournemouth University for future apprenticeship-related communications. We hope that sounds a fair exchange.
