Our mission is simple: to boost your employability skills, elevate your online presence, and connect you with professionals from all over the world. It’s not just about learning; it’s about becoming part of a team of global peers.

1. Boost Your Digital Visibility: We’ll help you with a head start on everyone else by focusing on content creation. Discover your unique voice in a field you’re passionate about or want to pursue a career in.
2. Build Your Audience: Learn the art of audience building and understand how to effectively deliver your message to make a lasting impact.
3. Consistency Matters: We’ll guide you on the path to consistency and provide insights on the best platforms to gain momentum, such as LinkedIn.
This program is all about supporting and nurturing college talent to enhance your employment opportunities.
Take Ben Egginton, for example. He was a Creator Lab student and is now a first-year marketing student at Bournemouth University. Ben is leading YATM events at his university, creating opportunities and being an active part of a larger community.
Our programme runs every fortnight, culminating in the exciting YATM Creator Day ’24 on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Lighthouse, Poole. On this special occasion, people from across the UK come together to explore business, creativity, and personal branding.
