Lunch Club is about how we learn more together.

Our format is simple. A theme, limited tech, good food and time spent with great people. Lunch Clubs are panel-led, so we can hear perspectives, stories and experiences from more than one person.

Business events should feel different. They should be warm, useful, generous and full of moments where everyone feels part of the occasion.

We spend time thinking about the people we need around us, but perhaps not enough about the spaces that make those relationships possible.

Where do you go where you know people are on your side?

There is a concept called Third Spaces: places outside the usual demands of work and home where we can feel comfortable, connected and part of something. This Lunch Club takes that idea further.

A space doesn’t have to be a physical room. It could be a regular gathering, an online community, a WhatsApp group, a café, a club or somewhere people simply know they can return to.

What matters is the feeling it creates.

It’s knowing there will be people there who recognise you. People who want you to do well. Somewhere you don’t have to explain everything from the beginning, perform for attention or figure everything out on your own.

As more of our work becomes flexible, remote and independent, these spaces become even more important. Belonging doesn’t just happen because people are gathered together. It is created through familiarity, participation, trust and knowing there is room for you.

This Lunch Club is about looking at the spaces we already have, the spaces we might be missing, and what it takes to create somewhere people genuinely want to return to.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
